In addition we have settled 20 individual grievances with the employees receiving the benefit of back pay and/or restoration of leave time balances. We have also settled overtime (OT) issues with numerous employees receiving comp time awards. We continue to monitor management adherence to proper canvassing for the agreed areas.

The contract enforcement process is continuing on a daily basis and continues to be a focus of your elected leadership and will grow and improve with ALL our members input and oversight.
