Grievance Filing
Article -25 (page 86 of your contract)
To file a grievance please complete the top box portion of the grievance form.
Add a Statement of Facts (just the facts mame) and give it to a Steward within 9 days of the issue.
If you wish to transfer to Chapter 2595 the pure Taxation Chapter please use this form
Chapter transfer request and give it to any Steward for processing.
